Jisanna Elizabeth Taylor The sun cannot fall from the sky... Can you hear heaven cry? xXx
This was the second week the young teen had managed to be a receptionist, Jisa was accepted by everyone at the salon. She sat at the front desk fiddling with a pen, one hand holding her cheek. One off thing about working full store hours as a Receptionist was that you were quite often bored. Also, since Johnny had gotten her to 'dress properly' with make up and all- many young men that walked in for a hair cut or something often stared at her. It was a tiring process. "Hey Jisa, how old are you? I forgot to ask before." The voice of Laine came to the young woman's ears. "Eighteen, well soon I'll be nineteen." Jisa corrected herself before retreating back to her thoughts. Life was okay and the Shifter was keeping her head above water by working here. Slowly her life as a Supernatural seemed to be disappearing. For once she was a normal, nineteen year old girl that had moved out on her own. It was nice to feel human, no one judging you or telling you what you must do.

Ace I laugh,I love, I hope, I try I hurt, I need, I fear, I cry. And I know you do the same things too,
Blue eyes looked around the steets, many people walked back and forth, ran, even laughed as they carried their many bags and clothing. Ace was not one of them. The vampire was pissed, mostly depressed if a vampire could really be that. His Jisa had been gone since that day on the river.. I should have taken her place..
But now The young man's heads turned,a beautiful woman, much like Jisa, was sitting on a chair.. doing her job. Tilting his head Ace walked in, ''Jisa?''. The man's heart pounded fast, it was her. Ace tought she was dead long ago, but no. She was strong and survived.
So we're really not that different, me and you.
{Horrible I know}

Do you know what sucks about real life? Nothing good ever lasts. Something always comes along to steal away the normality. This 'something' now came in the shape of a vampire boyfriend. Jisa's blue eyes rose from the appointment book she had been staring at. Ace in all his glory stood there, black hair- blue eyes and all. Her own name was called out, everything seemed to go quiet. The staff for the salon, who had become closely part of Jisa's everyday life, were all staring at this boy who knew their Jisa. Disbelief first ran through Jisa's mind- no, Ace was long gone, or he should have been. She leaned forward, head tilted and her hand resting on her cheek; holding her head up. Her glossy, black hair fell over one eye as she just stared at him. Soon the silence alerted her that, yes it was her turn to speak. Images of the river came to her mind, pain and helplessness. Jisa flinched visibly and returned to a agonizingly clear, real life. Her heart lurched in her chest as she forced a tentative smile onto her face. "Hey Ace." Jisa's voice was uncharacteristically relaxed. Life wasn't as stressful- or 'run like hell before you're killed' any more. The fact that her vampire guy was standing in the doorway of her 'human' life was just a minor setback. It wasn't as if she didn't want to see him, Jisa loved Ace. However, she didn't want her life to change back again. This felt like where she belonged.

This could not be happening, could it? Wasn't Jisa gone, killed by the the Elite Forces. Ace hated even thinking of the words, their faces, the way they took his love away. Ace felt like running a way for a moment but he had to check, his life had not been at all easy since Jisa had been gone, he mourned for the life lost. But she was here, and she spoke his name as if nothing had happened. The vampire took a step forward, not sure what to do, but he had many questions, Ace ran quickly in and took Jisa out side grabbing her wrist.
''What are you doing here? How did you get out? Why did you not look for me...?''. Ace was not mad really, though his hand as around her wrist pretty tight, he was emotional. Sad really. Maybe the love he always wanted did not want him anymore, maybe everything he though happened was nothing to her, maybe she wanted to restart her life. Ace sighed and looked at the people inside the salon, who where they? Jisa seemed so happy with them, if that was the right word, she seemed to fit in well. And what was she doing here anyways, was this a job? Ace let Jisa go his eyes going down to his shoes, he was scared for her answer, very scared.
So we're really not that different, me and you.
{Hope him taking her was oky}

For such the normal, quiet mood Jisa was in, everything felt a lot more intense. Ace's eyes were still on her, he seemed to be thinking very hard about something. The smile on Jisa's face faded away, her calm very rapidly melting away. Then Ace stepped forward and grabbed her wrist, pulling her outside. Jisa quickly stepped around the desk, so not to knock anything over as she went outside with him. What was wrong with him. Just because Jisa had become accustomed to a quiet life didn't mean she liked anyone to be pulling her around just as they'd like. Ace stopped and turned to face her, asking her very direct questions, his hand too tight on her wrist. She tried to pull her wrist out of his, but Vampiric strength kept her wrist in his hand. Very quickly, Jisa was losing her cool patience. The venom that had been carefully stowed away from Ash and Leah all of this time, bubbled in her throat. Jisa didn't want to fight, but she was so not going to be treated like this. She stopped fighting his grip and gave him a hard stare.
"I'm working. I was no longer useful. I had no idea where you were."
Her voice was highly acidic. It wasn't all about Ace, it was about Jisa and her messed up life for once. How the hell could he be asking her why she didn't come looking for him? Finally, Jisa found the strength to rip her wrist out of his grip. Rubbing it gently she stared at him. Jisa felt sick. She didn't want to fight, but it was so hard not to. Was this really the boy she had fallen in love with so long ago? He sure as hell wasn't acting like it. Jisa didn't think that she could handle a conversation longer than this anymore. She was visibly bristling, pushing her panther side back- not here. She turned away from Ace and walked back into the Salon, resuming her job. That was the end of it.
Sometimes, life is so much better alone.
