Who could it be?(Deathy)

The day was warm, the sun hidden behind the clouds. She walked calmly along the edge of the river, the high noon sun hidden from view. Blues scanned the land quickly and with ease, she had removed her shoes, some time ago and had hid them, she didn’t want to be caught. Her mind was a never ending wave of worry, though she stayed calm and cool. Couldn’t let them ruin her life right? She stopped and the tiger side of her came into play, wanting to hurt things in more ways than one. She had come here for the sense of peace and security, though she was still worried. She thought about that tiger again and she began to change, hair becoming lighter and shorter, eyes became bright and stripes began to show. Her body twisted and soon she was on all fours and her transformation into a white tiger complete. She lowered her front half stretching out, hind legs stretching to. She dug her claws into the soft soil, finally she turned and padded down the shore. Always on high alert, a sudden sound spooked her and she took shelter in the shadows of the trees, crouched down and ready.

Simon followed the river along, the gun heavy across his shoulder. He’d never owned one before and the experience was…terrifying.
After the conversation with Ash, he’d gone straight to the nearest gun shop and brought one. After the waiting period he’d collected it, spent a night having nightmares about, put it in a back pack and started walking.
He was looking for somewhere to practice shooting it. He might not want to turn into a tiger but he wasn’t just going to sit there and let the EF gut him either.
Everywhere he went but there were animals and Simon was such a bad shot that anything with in two hundred meters be it in front or behind him was in serious danger of being hit by a stray slug.
In the end he had decided to follow the river in a vague hope that it would lead somewhere that he didn’t have to worry about killing cute little bunnies or birds.

She slunk back more, watching a man with a gun. She was instantly thinking EF but his scent wasn’t that of one of them but one of her. She let a low growl slip pass her clenched jaw. She watched him skillfully with her eyes, just waiting for the right moment. She just had wanted a peaceful day, one where she didn’t have to worry about being a human and being perfect. She liked being in her other form. She growled again though it was still low, more of a frustrated one. She still waited and when the moment was right she jumped from her hiding spot, claws not intending to hurt anything and hopped to tackle him to the ground. She glared at him and growled wanting to know who he was and why the heck he had a gun. She was ready to fight for her life if it was needed.

GAHH! Simon screamed as something huge and heavy came from the side and hit him. Completely unsuspecting he went straight over, he really hadn’t been expecting anything to get him out here knowing my luck it’s the EF already he thought miserably as he flew through the air and skidded across the ground. Simon didn’t think it was going to get much worse, but it had. What he couldn’t see was that the fright that he’d got by somebody tackling him from the bushes had caused him to transform halfway, his skin was now covered in light stripes, like tattoos.
And then the growling started, this almost made him wet his pant. Oh my god! he almost screamed looking at what had him pinned there a tiger on me!

S growled again, looking at him and his skin which now looked like it had tattoos on it. She had a quizzical look in her eyes as she backed off him and watched him carefully sitting down, tail lashing side to side as she pondered what to do now. She had and still was a bit taken back with the man’s sudden half change. She wasn’t ready to change back yet. She lowered and covered her eyes with her paws, shaking her head back and forth. Day was not going as she had planned it to, then again did anything ever go the way it was supposed to? She let out a half call of frustration and desperation before standing and bolting behind a tree where she shifted back to human. She stretched out and walked back over to him, offering him a hand. You caught me off guard, the names Sage but call me S. She spoke softly and sweetly still waiting for him to take her offer of help or not.

Simon was still lying on the ground staring at the woman/tiger as she walked away a tiger and then came back a woman oh my god, the tiger just turned into a woman he paused really not that strange he just lay there for a few more moments staring at her offered hand and then figuring that anything that can go wrong will go wrong, took it and pulled himself up. He grinned nervously at her, teeth oddly long in his human shaped mouth err hi S. my name is Simon [/i] he shock her hand nice to meet you? he tried, desperately trying to remember his manners while most of his higher brain functions where still running around in circles screaming in fear.

He seemed a bit nervous and awkward, which she found cute. She smiled and ran her tongue along her teeth, thinking about what to say. Oh yes very nice to meet you Simon, hey lighten up don’t be so nervous im not going to kill you that would be wrong, so can I ask what the guns for though I think I have a pretty good idea and please don’t tell anyone what you saw today got it? She spoke and gave him a warning glance before her features softened once more, wait Simon. That rang a bell oh he was a doctor that’s right, you’re the doctor right? cause if you are will I believe im working for you as a nurse. She spoke sweetly and softly, so if something did happen between them it wouldn’t be wrong would it? Once again im sorry for tackling you, she smiled and waited.

Simon grinned nervously I won’t tell a soul he swore and really meant it, he didn’t want anybody to know about his shifting problem so he could understand her wanting him to keep it a secret.
the gun? he looked over at the back pack that had fallen on the grass nearby, the gun had rolled out and was glinting in the sunlight oh, yeah, erm I was looking for somewhere to practice shot it he didn’t think she needed to know about his aversion to changing, she’d probably go off like that kid from the library he grimaced, that would be bad
He paused trying to remember nurse? then he smiled as he recalled the application he had got, the only application. oh yeah I recall, that’s great, good to see you made it in to town safely he tried what an awkward way to meant your employees he thought err, no prob? he tried, sorry I interrupted your, err what ever you were doing

She laughed, I was simply stretching and running, exercising what power I have you know. She smiled, she could tell and she knew, hey everyones afraid to shift that’s nothing to be ashamed of and if you don’t want you don’t have to but eventually that sides going to show and you will be amazed at how much you enjoy it. She smiled sweetly and looked off over the water, longing to play in it. She turned back to him, so if you don’t mind me asking why don’t you like to shift? She spoke softly, against the breeze. She closed her eyes and raised her head slightly, her dress fluttered but not much and she sighed quietly. Opening her eyes, she set her gaze upon his own waiting.

Simon shifted nervously under her gaze, eyes looking this way and that trying not to look at her err cause he stuttered I lose control he thought miserly, I might not be a good me but that still me and I lose that when I turn into a tiger, my parents would kill me if they ever found out, I don’t even like tigers, it’s weird and a whole society of people are going to try and kill me for it! How can that be fun?! his thought flew thick and fast landing on his mind like bricks piling up to make a wall I don’t want to? he ventured hoping that this would be enough to get him by and not have to have another argument about supernatural’s and humans and why he should embrace it cause that went really well last time he groaned rubbing his face.

Oh, she spoke and stepped near him, im not going to argue with you I just wanted to know, I mean its not that bad, you half shifted in front of me today, I would have to say I found that quite handsome. She smiled shyly but her eyes were still bright like she was going to shift once more but with a blink they were just her normal piercing blues. I mean having to keep my other side hidden because of the EF is not fun, but feeling and sensing things when your in form is amazing, its like hyper drive and I love sinking my claws into the soft earth and feeling the wind tangle with my fur but like I said it doesn’t matter either way. She looked at him, the space between them was little to nothing she liked being close. However she backed and turned walking down to the water and dipping her feet walking along a sigh leaving her as she waited.

Simon had taken his hands down from his face but at the mention of half shifting his hands whipped back up to his face and began to feel it, his hands went into his mouth feeling his teeth yes, they were bigger than sharper then they were suppose to be oh my god! I started to shift! Oh my god! he said dancing on the spot and I didn’t even relies he stopped dancing for a moment she thought I looked good, you also didn’t know about it he went straight back to dancing oh my god, oh my god
And then she was really close to him, really close. He hadn’t heard most of what she’d said as all he could here was gods name rocking around in his head in vain.
He was still standing there, hands in his mouth when she walked over to the river and sat down splashing her feet in it.
Simon’s ears pricked up at the splashing made by S. feet in the water, the day really was hot and the water was always so cool. Hands still in his mouth Simon wandered over to the river and crouched down at the edge starring at his reflection. Stripes and spirals cover his face in a black mass, oh god

She giggled, he was really cute. Was she falling for him? Why yes yes she was and quite hard. As he came over she noted she could see more of his stripes, he teeth were bigger and sharper. She stood and looked down at him, why not shift all the way and see if you like it. She smiled and thought about being a tiger again, it came quite quick and easy for her, though she had to stretch out and work her muscles a bit before she felt well enough. She sat down and looked at him, tail waving behind her a playful look in her eyes as she stood and waded into the water, holding on to the ground as the current swept past her. She took her paw and swiped it across the water splashing him. She bounded playfully away and stopped once she reached a certain spot that wasn’t too far. She was always on alert but she wasn’t too worried at the moment. Front half lowered in a play gesture, tail weaving side to side as she looked at him waiting to see if he would actually go through with it or not.

why not shift all the way? Why not shift all the way? he almost screamed. Then she transformed right in front of his eyes. Simon had never seen anybody change before, we she’d first done it he had been looking the other way and so hadn’t seen it happen but this time he had a full view and it was one of the strangest things he had ever seen. The shock of it made him losses his grip on the soggy ground off the bank, slipping in he squealed and then it was all water. Gah! Sinking sinking! he managed thrashing around in the water, the shock of the cool water compared to the heat of the air around it. He came up just in time to be splashed by S.’s playful splash. He went under again and got himself back up tail streaming in line with the current. TAIL! he bellowed, but all that came out was a growl of terror.

S rushed over to him and put her body under his chin and drug him out of the water, she let him lay on the ground, she couldn’t help herself and licked his forehead in a comforting loving kind of way. She had a lopsided grin on her face, pink tongue rolled out freely. She was concerned for him, ears flicked and worry showed in her eyes. She had been the one to push him into doing this in the first place. She lowered her frame and put her head on her paws and lowered her ears, she wasn’t feeling very playful anymore. She sighed and looked at him, with a look of sorry and brought her paws over her eyes and just tried to forget everything that had just happened.
